By booking the services from Valentina Psychic you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. 

Terms and Conditions for Psychic Services

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of psychic services provided by Valentina Psychic("the Psychic") on this website ( Readings By Valentina Psychic) By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the services.

2. Psychic Services

The Psychic offers spiritual and intuitive services for entertainment purposes only. The services provided are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. The Psychic does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided during the sessions.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must be at least 18 years old to use the Psychic services. By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and understand that the Psychic services are intended for adults only. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following any advice or insights received during sessions. The Psychic is not liable for any consequences resulting from the client's choices.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions may be broadcast on TikTok or ‘other’ social media platform should the client purchase a ‘Live’ reading. If the client would rather a private reading then they should contact Valentina Psychic before purchasing. The Psychic will not disclose personal details to third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law. However, clients acknowledge that the Psychic cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality over electronic communication.

5. Payments and Refunds

Clients agree to pay the specified fees for the services provided by the Psychic.  

All professional reading services carried out by Valentina Psychic including raffle tickets are non-refundable, once the reading has been purchased there is no refund given. Refunds are only given if the reading has been refused by Valentina. Should your reading be refuses you will be contacted directly.

All manifestation jar purchases are non-refundable. Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of these items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Thank you for understanding.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any form of abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client may be prohibited from using the Psychic services in the future.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, and audio, provided by the Psychic on the Website is the intellectual property of the Psychic. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or display such content without the Psychic's express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Psychic is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Clients use the services at their own risk.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Psychic reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951]. Any disputes arising from the use of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Island.

All reading services are available to be purchased internationally. 

Tarot Readings 

When making a same day tarot reading service please note that you will receive your reading via the email address that has been provided at receipt of order, the reading will be conducted and sent within an express 12 hour or 24 hours upon the time of receipt of purchase. Once this reading has been sent the order will automatically be marked as fulfilled.

If we encounter any issues conducting your email reading we will be in contact directly with you to discuss via the email address provided at time of making a purchase.

Calendar & Availability 

Slots are available to book on a 4 week ahead booking schedule.  Should there be a slot you wish to book further than 4 weeks ahead please contact and advise preferable times/dates and we'll respond within 24 hours to come a mutual agreement on a suitable date and time for both the customer and the merchant. Valentina aims to find a suitable time/date to avoid disappointment. 

1-1 Private Sessions

All sessions are to be paid for beforehand via your chosen payment method. 

Policy on lateness, cancellation and no-shows once date is booked and confirmed you are unable to re-schedule. I will wait 10 minutes for you to arrive before you are declared a “no show.” No shows do not get refunds. Private readings are conducted via whatsapp only. The reader will contact you directly on whatsapp, should the reader be running late you will be notified in advance.

Right to Terminate the Session: The reader reserves the right to terminate the session at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, ethical concerns, or if it is determined that the session is not in the best interest of either party. If a session is ended early by the reader due to such reasons, a refund policy (if applicable) will be clearly communicated in advance.

Services Agreement

Tarot readings are services, not goods. Please shop mindfully before ordering a service. Feel free to reach out via contact us if you have any questions.

CLOSED - Friday 3PM onwards, Saturday, Sunday & Public Bank Holidays.
 (United Kingdom Time Zone) Please be mindful of the time zone when placing your order!

Orders will be conducted during the above reading hours, booking an express 12 hour or within 24 hour service you will be notified of your reading within the stated time frame. Readings are based upon time of receipt of purchase.

Any readings purchased during the closed hours will receive their reading Monday.
Express orders will be treated as a priority followed by within 24 hour readings please expect your reading at any time that day.

If the reader experiences an influx of orders, causing delays to you the buyer receiving your reading you will be notified by email.

Code of Ethics

I do not practice predictive tarot. Tarot can only serve as a mirror for the present moment. As a tarot reader, my goal is to act as translator between the client and their guides/higher self. My intention is always to offer words that have client’s highest and best interest at heart.

I do not read tarot for anybody who is not present or able to consent to the reading (i.e. a family member, a partner, a friend, etc). If you want a reading about a relationship, we will focus on your needs, experiences, etc.

I will interpret the cards to the best of my ability, will conduct the reading with honesty and openness. If, for whatever reason, I cannot serve you, I will offer a full refund and refer you to another practitioner.

I am not a licensed mental health professional. Tarot is not a substitution for counselling, mental health services, or psychotherapy. Neither am I qualified to give financial, medical or legal advice.

All client sessions are completely confidential and will never be revealed to a third-party.

All clients must be 18 years or over when purchasing a service.

I reserve the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that I cannot answer, goes against this code of ethics, or my own personal boundaries and ethics.
