All products are packaged with care so they are delivered to your doorstep just as they left our premises.

Please note that all our crystals vary in size and colour because they are individual and all unique. 

Shipping

Readings by Valentina products are shipped within the UK only, we do not offer shipping for international countries.

Our standard shipping cost is £2.95 per order for any order made containing products.

Valentina Psychic currently ship the day after an order has been placed for a physical item.

All orders dispatched with EVRI standard delivery will be on a 3-4 working day lead time for delivery. 

When your order has been arranged for dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order here: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel 

Evri will make 3 attempts to deliver so please ensure you have updated your preference if you're not going to be in as we cannot be held liable for 3 missed deliveries. Return & Exchange Policy
